Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 grams Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 medium Onion sliced
  • 1 medium Bell Pepper sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Vinegar
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Cornflour mixed with ¼ cup water

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add the ginger-garlic paste. Sauté for a minute.
  2. Add sliced onions and bell peppers. Cook until they are slightly tender.
  3. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  5. Add the cornflour mixture and cook until the sauce thickens.
  6. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
