Indian Chilli Mushroom Recipe
A spicy and flavorful Indian dish featuring mushrooms cooked with bell peppers, onions, and a blend of spices.

Main Ingredients
- 200 grams Mushrooms sliced
- 1 medium Onion sliced
- 1 medium Bell Pepper sliced
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 1 teaspoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Chili Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Vinegar
- to taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Cornflour mixed with ¼ cup water
Heat oil in a pan and add the ginger-garlic paste. Sauté for a minute.
Add sliced onions and bell peppers. Cook until they are slightly tender.
Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Add soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Add the cornflour mixture and cook until the sauce thickens.
Serve hot with rice or noodles.
