Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 cup Milk Powder
  • 2 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
  • 2 tablespoon Ghee
  • 1 teaspoon Cardamom Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Nuts Optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. Grease a baking tray with ghee and set aside.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, add condensed milk and milk powder. Mix well to avoid lumps.
  3. 3. Place the saucepan on low heat and cook, stirring continuously.
  4. 4. Once the mixture starts to thicken, add cocoa powder, ghee, and cardamom powder. Mix well.
  5. 5. Continue to cook until the mixture leaves the sides of the pan and forms a dough-like consistency.
  6. 6. Transfer the mixture to the greased baking tray and spread evenly. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top if using.
  7. 7. Let it cool completely before cutting into pieces. Serve and enjoy!
