Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g lamb chops
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch piece ginger, minced
  • 2 green chilies, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add garlic, ginger, and green chilies; sauté for a minute.
  4. Add tomatoes and cook until soft.
  5. Add turmeric, cumin, coriander powder, and salt; mix well.
  6. Add lamb chops and cook until browned on all sides.
  7. Cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes until chops are tender.
  8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
