Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 250 g Cluster Beans (Guar) chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
  2. Add chopped cluster beans and sauté for a few minutes.
  3. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Add water and cover the pan. Cook until the beans are tender.
  5. Serve hot with rice or roti.
