  • 1 cup Grated coconut
  • 2 tablespoon Roasted chana dal
  • 2 unit Green chilies Adjust to taste
  • 1 inch Ginger Peeled
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste
  • 0.5 cup Water Adjust for consistency

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a blender, add grated coconut, roasted chana dal, green chilies, ginger, and salt.
  2. 2. Add water gradually and blend to a smooth consistency.
  3. 3. Adjust salt and water as needed. Serve fresh with dosa or idli.
