- 1 cup Grated coconut
- 2 tablespoon Roasted chana dal
- 2 unit Green chilies Adjust to taste
- 1 inch Ginger Peeled
- 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste
- 0.5 cup Water Adjust for consistency
1. In a blender, add grated coconut, roasted chana dal, green chilies, ginger, and salt.
2. Add water gradually and blend to a smooth consistency.
3. Adjust salt and water as needed. Serve fresh with dosa or idli.
