Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Lamb, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Curry Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 400 ml Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add lamb cubes and cook until browned on all sides.
  4. Stir in curry powder and turmeric. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Add coconut milk, tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes, or until lamb is tender.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
