Instructions
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
Add turmeric powder and red chili powder. Sauté for a few seconds.
Add boiled and peeled potatoes. Mix well.
Add whisked yogurt and salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
