Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pcs Potatoes boiled and peeled
  • 1 cup Yogurt whisked
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Coriander leaves chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
  2. Add turmeric powder and red chili powder. Sauté for a few seconds.
  3. Add boiled and peeled potatoes. Mix well.
  4. Add whisked yogurt and salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
