Indian Dahi Baingan Recipe
A delicious Indian dish made with eggplant and yogurt.

Main Ingredients
- 2 medium Eggplants sliced
- 1 cup Yogurt whisked
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoon Coriander Leaves chopped
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
Add sliced eggplants and cook until they are soft.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Lower the heat and add whisked yogurt. Stir continuously to avoid curdling.
Cook for another 5 minutes and turn off the heat.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
