Indian Dahi Paneer Recipe
This is a delicious Indian dish made with paneer and yogurt, perfect for a hearty meal.

Main Ingredients
- 250 grams Paneer cubed
- 200 grams Yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 cup Water
- 1 medium Onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 inch Ginger grated
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
Add minced garlic and grated ginger. Cook for a minute.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala. Mix well.
Add yogurt and stir continuously to avoid curdling.
Add water and bring to a boil.
Add paneer cubes and salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
