Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 20 pieces Papdi store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup Yogurt whisked
  • 1 cup Boiled Potatoes chopped
  • 1 cup Chickpeas boiled
  • ½ cup Tamarind Chutney
  • ½ cup Green Chutney
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Roasted Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • ½ cup Sev
  • 2 tablespoon Coriander Leaves chopped

Instructions 

  1. Arrange papdi on serving plates.
  2. Top with boiled potatoes and chickpeas.
  3. Drizzle whisked yogurt over the papdi.
  4. Add tamarind chutney and green chutney.
  5. Sprinkle chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, and red chili powder.
  6. Garnish with sev and chopped coriander leaves.
