Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Rice soaked for 4 hours
- ½ cup Chana Dal soaked for 4 hours
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 cup Water as needed
- 2 cups Oil for deep frying
1. Blend soaked rice and chana dal into a smooth batter.
2. Add cumin seeds and salt to the batter. Mix well.
3. Heat oil in a deep fryer.
4. Pour small portions of the batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
5. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
