Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rice soaked for 4 hours
  • ½ cup Chana Dal soaked for 4 hours
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 cup Water as needed
  • 2 cups Oil for deep frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Blend soaked rice and chana dal into a smooth batter.
  2. 2. Add cumin seeds and salt to the batter. Mix well.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a deep fryer.
  4. 4. Pour small portions of the batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
  5. 5. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
