  • 4 pieces Boiled eggs
  • 2 cups Mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • to taste Salt
  • as needed Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cut the boiled eggs in half.
  2. 2. Mix mashed potatoes, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. 3. Take a portion of the potato mixture and cover each egg half with it.
  4. 4. Roll the covered eggs in breadcrumbs.
  5. 5. Heat oil in a frying pan and deep-fry the coated eggs until golden brown.
  6. 6. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
