Indian Dimer Devil (Bengali Egg Croquettes) Recipe

- 4 pieces Boiled eggs
- 2 cups Mashed potatoes
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala
- 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
- to taste Salt
- as needed Oil for frying
1. Cut the boiled eggs in half.
2. Mix mashed potatoes, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt in a bowl.
3. Take a portion of the potato mixture and cover each egg half with it.
4. Roll the covered eggs in breadcrumbs.
5. Heat oil in a frying pan and deep-fry the coated eggs until golden brown.
6. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
