Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 250 grams Ivy Gourd (Dondakaya) sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 2 units Green Chilies sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander Leaves chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
  3. Add sliced green chilies and sauté for a minute.
  4. Add sliced ivy gourd, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Cook on medium heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the ivy gourd is tender.
  6. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
