Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Bottle Gourd (grated)
- 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- ½ cup Gram Flour (Besan)
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- ½ teaspoon Baking Soda
- 2 tablespoon Coriander Leaves (chopped)
1. In a mixing bowl, combine grated bottle gourd, whole wheat flour, gram flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, ginger-garlic paste, sugar, salt, oil, baking soda, and chopped coriander leaves.
2. Mix well to form a dough. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour.
3. Divide the dough into small portions and shape them into cylindrical rolls.
4. Place the rolls in a steamer and steam for about 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
5. Once done, let them cool slightly and then cut into slices.
6. Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup.
