ginger-garlic paste

cumin seeds

coriander powder

turmeric powder

teaspoon
red chili powder

teaspoon
garam masala
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
Boil the baby potatoes until tender. Peel and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
Add tomato puree and cook until oil separates.
Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add yogurt and cook for a few minutes.
Add boiled potatoes and mix well. Cook for 10 minutes on low heat.
Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
