Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g baby potatoes
  • 2 large onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, pureed
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Boil the baby potatoes until tender. Peel and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  3. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  4. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  5. Add tomato puree and cook until oil separates.
  6. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  7. Add yogurt and cook for a few minutes.
  8. Add boiled potatoes and mix well. Cook for 10 minutes on low heat.
  9. Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
