Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Fish fillets cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 large Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger grated
  • 2 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 400 ml Coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh coriander chopped, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, cook for another minute.
  4. Stir in coriander, turmeric, and red chili powder.
  5. Pour in coconut milk, bring to a simmer.
  6. Add fish pieces, cook until fish is done.
  7. Season with salt and lemon juice.
  8. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
