Indian Fried Cabbage
A simple and delicious Indian-style fried cabbage recipe.

Main Ingredients
- 1 head Cabbage shredded
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
- 2 pcs Green Chilies sliced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds, let them splutter.
Add green chilies and ginger, sauté for a minute.
Add shredded cabbage, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cabbage is tender.
Serve hot as a side dish.
