  • 1 head Cabbage shredded
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • 2 pcs Green Chilies sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds, let them splutter.
  3. Add green chilies and ginger, sauté for a minute.
  4. Add shredded cabbage, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cabbage is tender.
  6. Serve hot as a side dish.
