Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 250 grams Gawar Phali (Cluster Beans) chopped
  • 1 medium Onion finely chopped
  • 2 medium Tomatoes finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger grated
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro chopped, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for a minute.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.
  5. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Mix well.
  6. Add chopped gawar phali and salt. Mix well.
  7. Cover and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes or until the beans are tender.
  8. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
