Indian Ghugni Recipe
A delicious and spicy Indian street food made with yellow peas.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Yellow peas soaked overnight
- 1 large Onion finely chopped
- 2 medium Tomatoes finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoon Coriander leaves chopped
1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
3. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft.
4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
5. Add soaked yellow peas and mix well.
6. Add water and pressure cook for 3-4 whistles.
7. Once the pressure releases, open the lid and add garam masala.
8. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
