Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 250 g Paneer
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 cup Tomato puree
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro, chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  3. Add grated ginger and sauté for a minute.
  4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and tomato puree. Cook until the oil separates.
  5. Add paneer cubes and salt. Mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
