Instructions
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add grated ginger and sauté for a minute.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and tomato puree. Cook until the oil separates.
Add paneer cubes and salt. Mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
