Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Fish fillets cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger grated
  • 2 tablespoon Goan curry paste
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 cup Water
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until onions are golden brown.
  3. Add Goan curry paste and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Pour in coconut milk and water. Bring to a boil.
  5. Add fish pieces, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until fish is cooked.
  6. Stir in lemon juice and garnish with cilantro. Serve hot.
