Indian Goan Fish Curry
A flavorful and spicy fish curry from the coastal region of Goa, India.

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Fish fillets cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 cup Onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 inch Ginger grated
- 2 tablespoon Goan curry paste
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- 1 cup Water
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon Cilantro chopped
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until onions are golden brown.
Add Goan curry paste and cook for 2 minutes.
Pour in coconut milk and water. Bring to a boil.
Add fish pieces, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until fish is cooked.
Stir in lemon juice and garnish with cilantro. Serve hot.
