- 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- ½ cup Cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala
- to taste Salt
- as needed Water for batter
- for frying Oil
1. In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, cornstarch, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt.
2. Add water gradually to make a thick batter.
3. Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, ensuring they are well-coated.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Fry the battered cauliflower florets until golden brown and crispy.
6. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
