  • 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • ½ cup Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • to taste Salt
  • as needed Water for batter
  • for frying Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, cornstarch, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt.
  2. 2. Add water gradually to make a thick batter.
  3. 3. Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, ensuring they are well-coated.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Fry the battered cauliflower florets until golden brown and crispy.
  6. 6. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
