Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 medium Cauliflower cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 medium Onion finely chopped
  • 2 medium Tomatoes finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Coriander Leaves chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
  2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
  5. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  6. Add cauliflower florets and mix well to coat them with the masala.
  7. Cover and cook on low heat until the cauliflower is tender, stirring occasionally.
  8. Sprinkle garam masala and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
  9. Serve hot with roti or rice.
