Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 250 g Gunda (fragrant manjack)
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
  3. Add gunda and sauté for a few minutes.
  4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Add water and cover the pan. Cook until gunda is tender.
  6. Serve hot with roti or rice.
