Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Lamb cut into pieces
  • 1 cup Cilantro chopped
  • ½ cup Mint Leaves chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 2 pcs Green Chilies chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Blend cilantro, mint leaves, green chilies, and yogurt into a smooth paste.
  2. 2. Marinate the lamb pieces with the herb paste and ginger-garlic paste. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a large pot. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  4. 4. Add the marinated lamb and cook on medium heat until the lamb is tender and cooked through.
  5. 5. Add salt to taste and cook for another 5 minutes. Serve hot.
