Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 250 grams Paneer cut into cubes
  • 1 cup Cilantro chopped
  • ½ cup Mint Leaves chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a blender, combine cilantro, mint leaves, yogurt, lemon juice, ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Blend to a smooth paste.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix the paneer cubes with the green paste. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated paneer cubes onto skewers.
  4. 4. Brush the paneer with oil and grill for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the paneer is cooked and slightly charred.
  5. 5. Serve hot with mint chutney and lemon wedges.
