Indian Hariyali Paneer Tikka Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 250 grams Paneer cut into cubes
- 1 cup Cilantro chopped
- ½ cup Mint Leaves chopped
- 2 tablespoons Yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Ginger Paste
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Paste
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
- 1 tablespoon Oil
1. In a blender, combine cilantro, mint leaves, yogurt, lemon juice, ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Blend to a smooth paste.
2. In a bowl, mix the paneer cubes with the green paste. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated paneer cubes onto skewers.
4. Brush the paneer with oil and grill for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the paneer is cooked and slightly charred.
5. Serve hot with mint chutney and lemon wedges.
