Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 250 grams Paneer cubed
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 1 cup Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger minced
  • 2 cups Tomato Puree
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 cup Water
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger, cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the oil separates from the mixture.
  5. Add water and bring to a boil.
  6. Add paneer cubes and simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle garam masala and chopped cilantro before serving.
