Main Ingredients
- 250 grams Paneer cubed
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 1 cup Onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 inch Ginger minced
- 2 cups Tomato Puree
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1 cup Water
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoons Cilantro chopped
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
Add minced garlic and ginger, cook for another 2 minutes.
Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the oil separates from the mixture.
Add water and bring to a boil.
Add paneer cubes and simmer for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle garam masala and chopped cilantro before serving.
