Indian Ivy Gourd Fry Recipe (Tindora)

- 500 g Ivy Gourd (Tindora) sliced
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- to taste Salt
Heat oil in a pan.
Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
Add sliced ivy gourd (tindora) and stir well.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Cook on medium heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tindora is tender and slightly crispy.
Serve hot as a side dish.
