A simple and delicious Indian potato dish flavored with cumin seeds.

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Potatoes peeled and cubed
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
- 2 tablespoon Fresh coriander chopped
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add the cubed potatoes and stir well.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender.
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
