Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 250 grams Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 medium Onion sliced
  • 1 medium Capsicum sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 2 teaspoons Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 2 medium Tomatoes pureed
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Coriander Leaves chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a Kadai. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  2. Add sliced onions and capsicum. Cook until they soften.
  3. Add tomato puree and cook until oil separates.
  4. Add coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they are tender.
  6. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
