Indian Kadai Paneer Recipe
A delicious and spicy Indian dish made with paneer and bell peppers cooked in a rich tomato-based gravy.

Main Ingredients
- 250 grams Paneer cubed
- 1 large Onion sliced
- 1 large Green Bell Pepper sliced
- 2 medium Tomatoes pureed
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 1 teaspoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- ½ teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- ½ teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- to taste Salt
- ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
Heat oil in a kadai. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
Add sliced onions and sauté until golden brown.
Add sliced bell peppers and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add pureed tomatoes and cook until the oil separates.
Add coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add cubed paneer and mix gently. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
Sprinkle garam masala and chopped cilantro. Mix and serve hot.
