Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 1 cup Tomato, chopped
  • 1 cup Bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables (carrot, peas, beans), chopped
  • 2 teaspoon Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a Kadai (wok).
  2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft.
  5. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
  6. Add chopped bell pepper and mixed vegetables. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  7. Sprinkle garam masala and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  8. Serve hot with roti or rice.
