Sweetened condensed milk

Paneer, crumbled

Ghee

Cardamom powder

Chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
1. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
2. Add crumbled paneer and cook for 2-3 minutes.
3. Pour in the condensed milk and mix well.
4. Cook the mixture on low heat, stirring continuously until it thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan.
5. Add cardamom powder and mix well.
6. Transfer the mixture to a greased plate and spread it evenly.
7. Garnish with chopped nuts if using. Let it cool and set for a few hours.
8. Cut into squares and serve.
