Indian Kale Pakora Recipe
A delicious and crispy Indian snack made with kale and chickpea flour.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Kale finely chopped
- 1 cup Chickpea Flour
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- to taste Salt
- as needed Water to make the batter
- for frying Oil
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chickpea flour, cumin seeds, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt.
2. Add water gradually to make a thick batter.
3. Add the finely chopped kale to the batter and mix well.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.
6. Remove the pakoras with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
7. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
