Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Kale chopped
  • 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 unit Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger minced
  • 1 unit Tomato chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  3. Add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until onions are translucent.
  4. Add turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt. Stir well.
  5. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.
  6. Add chopped kale and chickpeas. Mix well and cook for about 10-15 minutes until kale is tender.
  7. Serve hot with rice or bread.
