Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 10 pieces Green Chillies adjust to taste
  • ½ cup Peanuts roasted
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
  2. 2. Add green chillies and garlic. Sauté for a couple of minutes.
  3. 3. Add roasted peanuts and salt. Mix well.
  4. 4. Transfer the mixture to a mortar and pestle. Pound until you get a coarse paste.
  5. 5. Serve fresh with your favorite dishes.
