- 500 g Kantola (Spiny Gourd) sliced
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Coriander chopped
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add sliced kantola and stir well.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until kantola is tender.
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
