  • 1 cup Chickpea Flour
  • ¼ teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ½ teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • to taste Salt
  • as needed Water to make batter
  • for deep frying Oil

Instructions 

  1. Mix chickpea flour, baking soda, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add water gradually to make a smooth batter.
  3. Heat oil in a deep fryer.
  4. Pour batter through a slotted spoon into hot oil to form small droplets.
  5. Fry until golden and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
