A simple and delicious Indian recipe for bitter gourd fry.

Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Karela (Bitter Gourd) sliced thinly
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoon Oil
1. Wash and thinly slice the karela. Remove seeds if desired.
2. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
3. Add the sliced karela to the pan and fry until they start to turn golden brown.
4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
5. Continue to fry until the karela is crispy and fully cooked.
6. Serve hot as a side dish with rice or roti.
