Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 grams Baby Potatoes peeled
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Fennel Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 cup Water
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the baby potatoes until tender. Peel and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  3. 3. Add ginger and garlic paste. Sauté for a minute.
  4. 4. Add Kashmiri red chili powder, fennel powder, and garam masala. Mix well.
  5. 5. Add yogurt and stir continuously to avoid curdling.
  6. 6. Add boiled potatoes and mix well. Add water and salt. Cook for 10-15 minutes on low heat.
  7. 7. Serve hot with rice or naan.
