Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 250 g Paneer cubed
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 cup Onion finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1 cup Tomato Puree
  • 1 teaspoon Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Coriander Leaves chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute.
  3. Mix in tomato puree, Kashmiri red chili powder, and garam masala. Cook until oil separates.
  4. Add paneer cubes and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Pour in heavy cream, season with salt, and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
