Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pcs Potatoes medium-sized, peeled and diced
  • 2 tablespoon Kasoori Methi dried fenugreek leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  2. Add diced potatoes and sauté for a few minutes.
  3. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Cover and cook until potatoes are tender.
  5. Add kasoori methi and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
