Indian Kathiyawadi Dhokli Nu Shaak Recipe
A traditional Gujarati dish made with wheat flour dumplings cooked in a spicy and tangy gravy.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 2 cups Water
- to taste Salt
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
In a mixing bowl, combine wheat flour, a pinch of salt, and water to make a soft dough. Roll the dough into small dumplings.
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Sauté for a minute.
Add water and bring it to a boil. Add the dumplings and cook for 15-20 minutes until they are cooked through.
Add salt and lemon juice. Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve hot.
