Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Carrot cut into sticks
  • 1 cup Potato cut into sticks
  • 1 cup Green Beans cut into sticks
  • 1 cup Yam cut into sticks
  • 1 cup Coconut grated
  • 2 pieces Green Chilies slit
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 cup Yogurt beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 1 sprig Curry Leaves
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. Cook the vegetables with a little water and salt until tender.
  2. Grind coconut, green chilies, and cumin seeds to a coarse paste.
  3. Add the coconut paste to the cooked vegetables and mix well.
  4. Stir in the beaten yogurt and cook for a few more minutes.
  5. Drizzle coconut oil and add curry leaves. Mix well and remove from heat.
