Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Milk
  • 10-12 pieces Almonds soaked and peeled
  • ¼ teaspoon Saffron strands soaked in 2 tablespoon warm milk
  • 4 tablespoons Sugar adjust to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Cardamom powder

Instructions 

  1. 1. Soak the saffron strands in 2 tablespoons of warm milk and set aside.
  2. 2. Grind the soaked and peeled almonds into a fine paste using a little milk.
  3. 3. In a saucepan, bring the milk to a boil. Reduce the heat and let it simmer.
  4. 4. Add the almond paste to the simmering milk and mix well.
  5. 5. Add the saffron milk, sugar, and cardamom powder. Stir well and let it simmer for another 5-7 minutes.
  6. 6. Turn off the heat and let the milk cool slightly. Serve warm or chilled.
