Indian Kumaoni Aloo Ke Gutke Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 medium Potatoes peeled and diced
- 2 tablespoon Mustard Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 2 teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Coriander Leaves chopped
Heat mustard oil in a pan until it starts to smoke.
Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add diced potatoes and stir well.
Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Cover and cook on low heat until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
Garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
