Indian Lapsi Recipe
A traditional Indian dessert made with broken wheat, ghee, and jaggery.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Broken Wheat (Dalia)
- ½ cup Ghee
- 1 cup Jaggery grated
- 3 cups Water
- ¼ teaspoon Cardamom Powder
- 2 tablespoon Cashews chopped
- 2 tablespoon Raisins
Heat ghee in a pan and add broken wheat. Roast until golden brown.
Add water and cook until the wheat is soft.
Add grated jaggery and cook until it melts and blends well.
Add cardamom powder, cashews, and raisins. Mix well.
Serve warm.
