Indian Lasooni Aloo Palak Recipe

- 500 g Spinach washed and chopped
- 250 g Potatoes peeled and cubed
- 10 cloves Garlic finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- to taste Salt
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
Once they splutter, add chopped garlic and sauté until golden brown.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add cubed potatoes and cook until they are half done.
Add chopped spinach and cook until the spinach is wilted and potatoes are fully cooked.
Serve hot with roti or rice.
