Main Ingredients
- 500 grams Spinach
- 10 cloves Garlic finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala
1. Blanch the spinach in boiling water for 2 minutes, then transfer to ice water.
2. Blend the spinach into a smooth puree.
3. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
4. Add chopped garlic and sauté until golden brown.
5. Add the spinach puree, salt, and garam masala. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
6. Serve hot with roti or rice.
