Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 medium Bottle Gourd (Lauki) peeled and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  2. Add chopped bottle gourd, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Cover and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes or until the bottle gourd is tender.
  4. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
