Indian Lauki Ki Sabzi Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 medium Bottle Gourd (Lauki) peeled and chopped
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoon Cilantro chopped
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add chopped bottle gourd, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
Cover and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes or until the bottle gourd is tender.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
